Farmer rolls

The Farmer Bun is a type of roll that become famous in Germany because of their specific taste and texture. The main ingredients are wheat flour, but the addition of potato flakes makes the difference. The texture is crispy outside and soft inside. The crusty surface on the bun ensures a full flavor. The inside softness allows to enjoy them also on the next days.

The Farmer rolls are shaped by hand and consist of less ingredients, but all of them are organic.
